Dealing with software issues - How to change SD-card

If the printer is showing a red constant light there is a software issue. A new micro SD-card might able to repair the printer's software.

Guide:

1. Get a new empty micro SD-card (16GB)
2. Turn off printer and lay it sideways.
3. Unscrew all screws on the bottom plate.
4. Press on the inserted SD-card and remove it (see photo).
5. Insert the new micro SD-card.
6. Screw the bottom plate on again.
7. Turn on the printer.
8. Leave it turned on a few hours while it downloads the software onto the new SD-card.
9. The printer should show purple light while downloading.
10. The printer must NOT be turned off while it's downloading the software.
