2: Clear out the nozzle

If you have already cleaned the filament gear and filament is still not coming out of the nozzle then proceed to clean the nozzle.

You can see this process in the video below from timestamp 2:00 minutes in.

1. Press down the black coupling around the tube that is over the hotend.
2. Pull out the white tube and then take out the black coupling.
3. Cut a piece of filament and make sure it's straight.
4. Heat the nozzle by choosing "Change filament" in the app. This will heat it to 200 Celsius.
5. When the app shows 200 degrees stick in the filament through the hole on the top and press down 
6. You should see filament come out the nozzle.
7. Stop the heating by cancelling on your app.
8. Wait till the nozzle has cooled down  a bit (around 100 degrees).
9. Swiftly pull the filament out of the top again.
10. You can repeat this process a few times until the nozzle is clean.
