Step 0 Disconnect previous user from printer
This step can only be done by your Sculpto Support agent. If not already done please contact: contact@sculpto.dk and ask for this. Include your printer's serial number.
Please move to the next step.
Step 1 Turn on printer and use a desktop to find the printer’s wi-fi
When the printer is flashing yellow then log on to the printer’s Wi-Fi via your computer by going to ‘Network and internet’ (Wi-Fi) and connect to “Sculpto3D-XXXXX”:
Figure 1: The ’XXXXX’ resembles your printer’s serial number.
Step 2 Open a browser on your computer for example Safari or Chrome.
Internet Explorer does NOT work for this.
Please ensure that you are connected to the printer’s Wi-Fi network - not your home Wi-Fi - while completing step 3.
Step 3 Type 192.168.100.200 in the URL field and press ‘enter’
If nothing happens then type 192.168.100.1 in the URL field and press ‘enter’.
Figure 2: Copy the numbers into the browser where you would normally enter a website.
You should now be able to see this page:

Figure 3: The browser should open this page where you can insert your Wi-Fi and password.
Step 4 Choose your home Wi-Fi network and write your password (Keep
refreshing until your Wi-Fi appears)
NOTE: The printer is ONLY compatible with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
Step 5 Important: Mark the “Associate with user” field.
It is important that you mark this field to connect the printer with your Sculpto account.
Step 6 Now type your Sculpto USERNAME (NOT your e-mail)
It is important that you type the USERNAME here and not your e-mail.
Figure 4: The browser should open this page where you can insert your Wi-Fi and password.
Step 7 Press “Apply”
Figure 5: The browser should now show this message.
Step 8 Wait until the printer lights white constantly and continue to step 10
If that does not happen then repeat the previous steps up to 3 times.
8.1 If step 2-9 continues to fail - then try to change the channel on your Wi-Fi
router)
You can find instructions on how to do this by Googling: “Change channel on [Insert router brand and model]”.
After you have done this repeat the previous steps.
8.2 If step 2-9 continues to fail - then try to activate hotspot/internet sharing on
your smartphone
If step 2-8 continues to fail - then try to activate hotspot/internet sharing on your smartphone and try to
connect the printer to your smartphone hotspot (If this works, the printer might not be compatible with your Wi-Fi router)
Step 9 When your printer lights white constantly, then open the Sculpto App (or web-version of the app) again and log-out of the app
There might be an update ready for the printer. If not, then simply log-out and login again.
Figure 6: You need to logout and login again before the app can refresh and load the connection.
Step 10 The printer should now be visible in your Sculpto App (or web-version of the app) and you’re connected
NOTE: You might have to logout and login a few times before you see the printer in your app.
If the printer has not been operation for a longer period it will most likely have updates in queue. The
printer flashes purple when updating and must not be turned off during this process.
Figure 7: The printer’s serial number should now be visible in the app
