1: Try to restart

It may sometimes take a few tries before your app will connect to your printer

1. First try to restart your printer by turning it off - wait a little - then turn it on again.
2. If you still cannot connect your app to the printer then try to restart your phone and re-open the app.

Note: The printer can only connect through Wi-Fi that signals 2.4 GHz and not 5 GHz.
