If you are experiencing that some prints are failing and inconsistent then there's a few things you can do.
- Always make sure that the flexible build plate is carefully lined with the base plate so it's not lapping over the edge. If the top plate is sticking out it might hit the metal rods while it's rotating and this will result in crooked and failed prints.
- Re-do the z-calibration. This could also help with inconsistent prints.
- We suggest trying a different filament. Some specific filaments could be stored incorrectly e.g. in high humidity and therefore not performing right. Trying another filament could be a simple solution.
