If your 3D-printer is skipping over the middle then a new Y-calibration could fix the issue.
- To Y calibrate, turn on the printer and make sure there is filament inserted.
- Choose "Printer" in the app -> "Settings"-icon -> "Y calibration"
- The app will guide you through the process. After every calibration you have to precisely measure the test print and insert that measurement in the app.
- The optimal length for the app is between 135mm-145mm - preferably 140mm.
- Please note, that you should not measure the raft underneath - only the lines.
- If the length is outside these measures, please email us on contact@sculpto.dk and let us know your Y calibration length and your printer's serial number.
It might be necessary to redo the calibration more than once to get a good measurement.
If doing the Y calibration did not fix the issue of skipping the middle then try this.
